Loan Processor

Performs the processing of mortgage loan files requiring the verification of loan documents including income, credit appraisal and title insurance. Prepare closing documents and arrange closings with Mortgage Professional and closing department.

Bachelor’s degree in a business related discipline or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service position; prior experience involved multi-tasking and detail-oriented responsibilities; previous mortgage processing experience a plus.

Mortgage Professional

Originating conforming mortgage loans by building and developing strong relationships directly with our customers. Building and fostering strong internal working relationships with underwriters and processors. Maintaining sales activity reports throughout the sales process.

Bachelor’s degree in a business related discipline or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 1 year direct sales experience.

Dedicated Loan Specialist

Responsible for effectively managing a delinquent mortgage portfolio. Resolves customer delinquency utilizing the most cost effective collections techniques to resolve customer delinquency and work towards a permanent solution. Responsible for the collection reporting and projections throughout the month as required by management.

Bachelor’s degree in a business related discipline or equivalent work experience. Minimum 1 year collections experience in related areas i.e. auto, bankcard, and consumer finance within a multi-system collection environment. Knowledgeable on branch systems including LSAMS and the use of Western Union Quick Collect, Moneygram, Intell-a-Check, ACH.

Foreclosure Prevention Specialist

Negotiates modification based default resolutions on assigned mortgage loans contacts customers with severely delinquent mortgage loans for the purpose of working out repayment plans such as deeds in lieu, short payoffs, and forbearance’s to cure the default. Works with customers, real estate agents, attorney’s and investors to develop workout solutions on mortgage loans where home owners are facing financial difficulties. Identifies workout options based on financial packages, credit reports, appraisals, hardship information and investor/client guidelines.

Bachelor’s degree in a business related discipline or equivalent work experience. Minimum 2+ years in Mortgage Loss Mitigation and Default experience.

Escrow Specialist

The Specialist researches all Escrow related issues to ensure tax, insurance, and hazard loss payments, as well as mortgage insurance, is made in a timely manner. The Specialist also processes/researches claims for company and client liabilities. The Specialist is responsible for the timely payment of mortgage insurance premiums, loan level audits and accurate processing of all liquidated mortgage insurance (MI) loans to ensure minimal risk and loss exposure to the company and its investors. The Specialist also ensures compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and works with escalated issues from borrowers regarding their MI, insurance, tax and escrow accounts in a professional and timely manner. A minimum of 2 years previous escrow analysis, tax and insurance administration experience is required.

Customer Service Representative

Responsible for prompt and accurate response to customer’s mortgage servicing questions and concerns. Assists borrowers with late charge waiver, due date change, and other loan maintenance requests. Process Verifications of Mortgage for both internal and external customers.

Bachelor’s degree in a business related discipline or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 1 year experience of mortgage customer service background preferred or customer service experience in a banking or financial services environment considered. Understanding of federal and state mortgage servicing requirements, standards and servicing processes.

REO Specialist

Solicit and engage real estate agents and/or brokers to list and market REO properties. Negotiate contracts, sales prices, terms and agreements and closing dates for each REO property with real estate agent/broker. Monitor, review and recommend expenditures for property repairs, maintenance, utilities, legal fees, valuation fees, etc.

Bachelor’s degree in a business related discipline or equivalent work experience. Minimum 2 years mortgage servicing, prior REO and/or Default experience required.

Underwriter

Verifies all documentation with regards to: income, credit, appraisal and title information. Promptly and accurately reviews files to issue pre-approvals. Ensures that appraisal and title insurance is provided by an approved vendor.

Bachelor’s degree in a business related discipline or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 2+ year of conventional/prime mortgage underwriting or 2 years processing experience referred; FHA/FNMA mortgage underwriting experience preferred.

Loss Recovery Specialist

Contact delinquent customers by telephone or in writing and determine solutions to resolve charged off accounts. Responsible for negotiating the terms of agreement, payment plans and settlements on loss recovery loans. Prepare and maintain monthly reports detailing the results of each loss recovery item.

Foreclosure Specialist

Maintain attorney communication via phone and Lenstar. Minimize losses through management of attorney to ensure Foreclosure process is consistently progressing. Manage portfolios by State assigned by Foreclosure Management.

Bachelor’s degree in a business related discipline or equivalent work experience. Minimum 1 year of experience in foreclosures. Previous experience with LSAMS or Fortracs a plus.

Claims Specialist

Process all assigned claims timely, with all required documentation needed. Manage application of all claim funds received and provide additional information as necessary in order to validate all available funds received prior to claim being closed.

Loan Modification Processor

The Processor analyzes and enters modification data, making accounting adjustments and payment postings as necessary. The Processor reviews and understands multiple types of modification documents and supporting documentation, and compares modification details with the system of record, recognizing differences between the two. The Processor also makes adjustments as necessary to process the modification. Previous loan administration experience is preferred.

Account Services Specialist

Perform the data entry and balancing of payments via check, phone pays, western union, money grams, and payoffs from customer to their account in the LSAMS system. Send out payoff quotes to customers and third parties. Open and sort through the mail that is delivered to the department. Reverse return payment and balance batch total to bank return amount. Prepare the electronic file to transmit to the bank for the ACH process which includes adding, deleting and correcting accounts. Process adjustments/corrections of cash on accounts. Perform accounts payable functions for incoming invoices.
