easy to navigate
Site was helpful in making payment since I changed to another bank today.I thought it was going to be difficult but it was not.
When I was making a mortgage payment today online the screen was confusing. My loan info was already in the "select a loan" box, but the system wouldn't let me continue, giving me a "select an account for payment" error message. I thought it meant a mortgage loan account, which was already entered. I had to call customer service so Susie could explain to me that my banking information was not on file (I thought it was), and the error message meant "select a BANK account for payment." Even if it had said "select a bank account for payment," there wasn't a button or link to do that. There is a "new payment type" button, but I didn't find "new payment type" to be a helpful label until Susie walked me through the process. I was surprised this page wasn't very intuitive, since I've been to the website often and have found it to be very helpful and well organized.
This website is very easy to navigate considering I'm over 60 years of age.
I find your website to be user friendly. It is very easy to access the information you are looking for.
I love the website. The information that I need is readily available without having to 'dig'. I appreciate a well-laid out website and will continue to send feedback if I find anything that needs improvement. Thank you for making my online experience a great one.
Please have site more customer friendly. Navigation needs to be easier. when making a payment, a calculator function would help as when balancing check book, customer would be able to know what dollar amounts they are dealing with, Especially those not so tech savy.
