I find it hard to "not" interact with people when conducting financial business with these numbers. However, that being said, the interactions (limited as they have been) have been nice and easy to work with. Keep up the good work!
The only issue that I have is to incorporate an interactive investment project, that might be a separate business on how about a "financial branch " that caters to kids (young adults). By going out to schools, investment clubs, church youth groups, and target these untapped future clients (employees and/or investors). We might get future investors & home buyers with better morals/strategies than would many others. I've found limited educational material available to this subject (Jr High, Middle High, and/or High School). The search goes on...

Human assistance was great to get my account unlocked! However, the automation prior to that took a long time to get there, plus waiting after getting to the correct dept.

I am so happy to be able to make principle payments on line again. Ocwen was a JOKE! The only way I could make principle payments to them was through snail mail. SERIOUSLY! What a backwards company. So happy to be back in the IT world I know and love! So happy to not have to make 3 phone calls to fix things when I tried to do them on line. Just ... SO HAPPY!!!!!
