Mondays and the day right after a holiday tend to be our biggest customer service call days, which can mean longer hold times. We recommend calling
us Tuesday – Thursday during a regular week. Also, try waiting one or two days after a holiday before calling. You can spend less time on hold and
more time getting your issue solved. Although these timeframes are our busiest, please don’t hesitate to call if you need our help. We are here for you.
