Collections Representative
Looking for a Career in Mortgage Servicing Operations?
We are looking for individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in the
Financial Services Industry. We offer the chance for you to learn and grow with

in our Mortgage Servicing business.
This will provide you with the experience and training needed for possible
selection for our MIT (“Manager in Training”) Program, as well as to prepare

Loan Officer
Nationstar Mortgage Loan Officers are responsible for:
-
Originating non-conforming mortgage loans by building and developing strong
relationships directly with our customers
-
Building and fostering strong internal working relationships with underwriters
and processors
-
Maintaining sales activity reports throughout the sales process
Must have proven relationship building and sales experience. College degree
preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, organization and time
management skills are a must. We are looking for a motivated, detailed,
goal-driven, customer service-oriented candidate.

Loan Processor
Our Loan Processors are responsible for:

Processing mortgage loan files and verifying documents, including income,
credit appraisal and title insurance
-
Providing strong communication and support to underwriting, loan officers and
customers
-
Clearing stipulations needed for mortgage loan files and ensuring a quick
turnaround time
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 1 year of
experience in customer service, be detail-oriented and have excellent
multitasking skills. Mortgage processing experience is a plus.
